Oven – Preheat to 180°C, drizzle a little sunflower or rapeseed oil on both sides of your falafel and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for around 10 minutes. For fan assisted ovens, reduce cooking time by 2-3 minutes.
Pan – Heat 2-3 tbsp. of sunflower or rapeseed oil in a pan on a medium heat, add your falafel and cover with a lid. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Air cooker – Drizzle a little sunflower or rapeseed oil over your falafel and cook for around 6 minutes.
Microwave – Not recommended as it dries out the falafel, but if no other option, heat for 30-40 seconds at 800W. Rest your falafel for 3-4 minutes before serving. All appliances vary and these are guidelines only.
How to keep: Keep frozen between -16°C and -20°C. For Best Before date see top of pack. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated at 0°C – 6°C and use within 3 weeks. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
