London Falafel is a true “free from” vegan product. We are gluten-free, dairy-free, yeast-free, sugar-free, nut-free, egg-free, soy-free and free from all artificial ingredients, additives or allergens. To enhance our unique recipe we use a perfectly balanced mix of chickpeas and broad beans providing a great source of natural plant-based protein, minerals and fiber. We are 100% natural, delicious and healthy!
Cooking Instructions: Oven – Preheat to 180°C, drizzle a little sunflower or rapeseed oil on both sides of your falafel and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for around 10 minutes. For fan assisted ovens, reduce cooking time by 2-3 minutes. Pan – Heat 2-3 tbsp. of sunflower or rapeseed oil in a pan on a medium heat, add your falafel and cover with a lid. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Air cooker – Drizzle a little sunflower or rapeseed oil over your falafel and cook for around 6 minutes.
Microwave – Not recommended as it dries out the falafel, but if no other option, heat for 30-40 seconds at 800W. Rest your falafel for 3-4 minutes before serving. All appliances vary and these are guidelines only.
