In 2015, Sophie Hamer created her company, “Sophie H & Co” based on an inovative idea : to commercialise the well known Bruschettas for mass distribution. She got the idea from realizing that : the bruschetta is a trendy product, known worldwide and consumed by all but unfortunately cannot be found readymade. Supported and encouraged by her husband, Doug Hamer a well-known name in the food manufacturing business, Sophie launched her project and created the “Bruschetta de Sophie”.
